Fate

The British steamship Eveline was torpedoed by UB-31 (Thomas Bieber) and sunk 10 miles off Berry Head, Devon, on December 20th, 1917. The ship was on a voyage from Barry to Rouen with coal and general cargo. No lives were lost. Master B. Burgess.
