Fate

The Greek steamship Mikelis was torpedoed and sunk by U-69 (Ernst Wilhelms), 15 miles east of Strangford Lough, Northern Ireland, on July 24th, 1917. The ship was on a voyage from Bilbao to Glasgow. No lives were lost. Master - N. Cornellos.
