WEST HARTLEPOOL STEAMER IN COLLISION. A Dover correspondent reports that the barque Jessie Morris, of Maryport, has been towed into Dover harbour, having sustained damage starboard side through being in collision with the screw steamer Casterton, West Hartlepool.
